Poster Presentation

Authors assigned to Poster Session are requested to prepare their presentation according to the following instruction.

General Information

• Poster Sessions will be held on November 10 and 11.
• There are several (5 to 8) presentations in one Poster Session. A Poster Session starts with Short Oral Talks followed by Poster Exhibition.
• All presentations in Poster Sessions are evaluated by Executive Committee and excellent ones will be awarded as Excellent Poster Award or Excellent Student Poster Award.

Short Oral Talks

• Each presenter is allowed 3 minutes talk with at most 5 slide pages using LCD projector without discussion.
• All presenters should submit their presentation file (PowerPoint or PDF) to the desk in PC Room (Room 421) by 90 minutes before the starting time of their session.
• Executive Committee will load all presentation files onto a specific PC used for Short Oral Talk in advance. All presenters cannot use their own PC in Short Oral Talk.
• If a presenter is unable to submit his/her presentation file in advance, the corresponding Short Oral Talk will be skipped while it is possible to conduct the corresponding Poster Exhibition.

Poster Exhibition

• The size of the poster panel prepared for each presentation is A0 (841 mm wide and 1189 mm high).
• Each poster should be put up on the poster panel specified for each presentation by the presenter.
• Push pins for putting up the poster to the panel will be provided by the Executive Committee.
• All presenters are requested to stay in front of their poster for 60 minutes for exhibition.
• No PC can be used during Poster Exhibition.
